Yes! There is a small parking lot available at the venue. Additionally, we will have shuttles going to and from the venue for any guests who need transportation as rideshare will likely be difficult to find.

Our ceremony will be outdoors and our reception will be under a large tent -- both overlooking beautiful Lake Michigan!

Since the venue is outside and you may be walking through grass, be mindful of the heels/shoes you wear! We will have heel protectors for anyone who may need them.

There will also be golf carts available to transport guests from the ceremony to the reception if needed.

Yes! We have two shuttles departing from Cambria Inn, Bayshore Resort, Hotel Indigo and Fairfield Marriott that travel directly to the venue and back.

Shuttle #1

3:15 P.M. -- depart Cambria Inn to Bay View

4:00 P.M. -- depart Bayshore Resort to Bay View

return trips to hotels at 9 P.M., 10 P.M. and 11:15 P.M. (final drop off at 12 A.M. at the hotels)

3:15 P.M. -- depart Hotel Indigo to Bay View

3:55 P.M. -- depart Fairfield Marriott for Bay View

Formal attire

We will be having welcome cocktails and small bites the night before on Friday, August 1 from 7-11 p.m. at the Delamar Hotel in Traverse City! Everyone is welcome. We understand many people will be traveling, so come whenever you can!
